Do you provide International delivery?

Yes we do.

All international and domestic shipment pricing is based upon weight. International shipments may be subject to pay duties and taxes which is out of our control. 

How do I return an item?

We only accepts returns if item is damaged or broken

All items must be returned in original packaging Within 3 days of delivery.

Please note, we are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.

 

What is your returns policy? 

Please be aware that all shipping outside of The Netherlands may be subject to International Customs Fee’s at the Receivers Expense. ALL CUSTOMERS AGREE TO PAY IN FULL FOR ALL ITEMS BEFORE SHIPMENT IS RECEIVED.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched,we will send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number attached
